It's days like these when I wonder how I made it through four years without any nearby taco shops, much less late night ones, for those days when I don't remember to get dinner until late. I remember missing the food when I was away from SoCal. And it was downright shocking to find it was easier to get Japanese food than Mexican food. The only thing that made me go more :O was my roommate asking, "What's that?" when I first made enchiladas.

On that note, while some of my friends swear that Cotijas is the best, I *adore* the refried beans at Sombreros. I've never had any better. Of course, it's very, very bad for me as well, but I'm not concerned with that this week as I need the comfort food since I'm still sore from falling down the stairs last week. *sigh* What a way to start the day! But then, I've never been accused of being graceful. Fortunately, am young and able to bounce back quickly. And I've learned my lesson and haven't been rushing down them lately.

In other news, I wanna go to Disneyland! I've been wanting to go back there for so long as the last time I was there was my senior year in high school. Alas! Have never found the time to do so. Though the prices have so gone up since I was little.

It's getting late and I've got to be up again in a couple hours, so it's probably best that I leave off here. Some sleep would be good, I think.

I hate my stomach and I hate my nose. I hate boxes of tissues that run out just when I need them the most.

Bleh.

The only good thing about being sick was that I managed to write a bit. And the plot kitties are bugging me. Which is just as well because I hate my head for pounding so much that I can't sleep.

Bleh.

I will never be able to pass any level of the JLPT unless they make a large kanji version for those of us with bad vision. Not even the level four test.

And that brings me to the whole reason why I don't really read Japanese. Usually the kanji is so small that I get a headache trying to puzzle it out. And it's just pathetic to have to whip out a magnifying glass to read a manga or doujinshi. And that's on top of wearing my usual glasses.

Saw RotK last night and the scariest moment(moments?) was the last fifteen or so minutes of the film.

You see, that's when half the theatre started hacking away. That's not a good thing, nope, not when it's flu season around here.

I *finally* managed to get half my Christmas card list done -- and this includes ( all the people I've addresses for in the HP fandom )

Being halfway done with that is a very good feeling. It gets it even better when I realize that I am *almost* finished Christmas shopping as well. I'm just looking for one last thing for my sister, ( which is shaping up as being difficult as we've been in fandom too long. )

In other news, my dog is too cute for his own good. Literally. ( The pup managed to get three dinners out of us tonight. )The dog is really too cute for his own good.
